Week 11 Devlog


Based on feedback from our playtest last week, we came to a few conclusions. We first decided that the entire movement system had to be overhauled. We created a new movement script from scratch allowing the player to move more freely and have more agency within the gameplay. previously the movement was very restrictive and made the game much too easy. We also worked on our second level tile-set being a cave. Some assets have been imported for that. For next week we want to add a slide mechanic to the movement script and continue to finalise all static assets that we require.
